Red Lobster -
Here is a story of a man getting fired just because he was gay. A court ruled that his
termination was illegal. The owners of Red Lobster (and the Olive Garden) are actually
fighting for the right to terminate somebody's employment simply because they are gay.
In some parts of the USA, this is perfectly legal.
A person or business can claim that a gay "lifestyle" is contrary to someone's religious
beliefs and therefore that person can be refused housing, credit or employment. Of course,
based on this premise, an employer could terminate a Jehovah's Witness, a Muslim,
a Buddhist or a Jewish person, right?
